We booked airline tickets and hotel rooms by ourselves after we got dates for travel and consulate appointment. We will stay in Guangzhou for 2 weeks. I think we may feel bored if we stay at one hotel for whole 2 weeks. We decide to stay at Holiday Inn Shifu for the first 5 days and the rest days moving to White Swam Hotel. I can't wait to enjoy real Chinese Dim Sum along Shangxia Jiu Pedestrian Street. I have written down restaurants we would like to go to and menu we would like to order, which already make my mouth start watering. There are some paper work need to be taken care mostly on the Shamian Island that's why we chose White Swam Hotel.
